Save the Date for California Employment Law Seminars

Please mark your calendars for our 11th annual “California Law for Texas Employers” program, which provides both a comprehensive summary of California’s employment laws, focusing on the ways that California employment laws differ from Texas’ laws, as well as a review of all the new employment laws for California employers in 2025. The seminar will be offered both in-person and via Zoom.

We will also be providing our fifth annual “California Leave of Absence Boot Camp,” via Zoom only. This will cover California’s numerous leave-related laws (including new leave-related laws for 2025), providing a summary of those laws, form policies and postings that comply with those laws, as well as guidance on how to navigate through typical fact patterns. The fact patterns will be different from previous years.
